We hope you love your purchase from RAVÉA ÉLÉGANCE.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was received.

Any request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Custom-cut fabrics, fragrances, incense, accessories, and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
